The Cornell Initiative for Digital Agriculutre (CIDA) hosts a Digital Agriculture Hackathon each year. This student-focused event brings together 200 students from all fields of study to advance problem-focused learning supported by over 50 mentors from industry and academia. In 2020, the Digital Agriculture Hackathon featured students and faculty from world leading agricultural schools - Wageningen University (Netherlands), University of São Paulo (Brazil), China Agricultural University, and the University of California, Davis.
